Gay saunas in the West Midlands
Four venues across Birmingham, Stourbridge, and Darlaston — from a compact city-centre bar sauna in the Jewellery Quarter to the Midlands’ largest gay sauna complex at The Greenhouse in Darlaston. Every listing verified with current prices, hours, and facilities.
Birmingham has two venues. Just For YOU on Ledsam Street (B1) is in the Jewellery Quarter, within walking distance of New Street, Snow Hill, and Moor Street stations. It opened in 2024 and offers steam room, dry sauna, private rooms, and a licensed bar.
Spartan Health Club in Erdington (B23) has been operating since 1982, making it Birmingham’s longest-running gay sauna. It sits five minutes from Spaghetti Junction with free on-street parking — a practical choice for those arriving by car from across the region.
The Greenhouse Sauna in Darlaston (WS10) is the largest gay sauna in the Midlands, spread across four floors with an indoor pool with waterfall and spa cave, multiple steam rooms, dry sauna, restaurant and bar, and a 250-man locker room.
It is approximately one mile from M6 Junction 10, with a large free on-site car park. Opening hours run until midnight on weekdays and until 4am on Friday and Saturday nights. Regular themed events include Bears Day and naturist sessions.
Heroes Sauna in Stourbridge town centre (DY8) serves the Black Country area including Dudley, Wolverhampton, and Walsall. It is a compact venue with a rooftop terrace, steam room, jacuzzi, and cruise areas, with entry available from £5.
Stourbridge is on the Chiltern Railways line from Birmingham Snow Hill, making Heroes accessible by train. For those driving from the south, it sits close to the M5 and is a convenient stop when travelling between Birmingham and Bristol.
