Your First Visit
No membership or pre-booking is needed — just turn up and pay at the door. Bring valid photo ID (you must be over 18). Cash and card are both accepted. On arrival you’ll get a locker key and towel. Jewellery Quarter station is the closest, about a fifteen-minute walk (0.7 miles). It’s served by West Midlands Trains and Chiltern Railways, and has a West Midlands Metro tram stop alongside it. From Birmingham New Street, you can take the tram from Grand Central to Jewellery Quarter (about ten minutes, every ten minutes), then walk south via Vyse Street and Icknield Street to Summer Hill Road.
New Street is the main hub for long-distance services including Avanti West Coast (London Euston), CrossCountry (Bristol, Edinburgh), and TransPennine Express (Manchester, Leeds). Snow Hill serves Chiltern Railways to London Marylebone.
